2010 Chapter Goals

Each year, we map out the goals and projects we'd like to achieve in the coming year. In early January, our chapter's board members brainstormed eight main goals
for 2010:

• Develop a CPG kit.

• End year at 25 members. Do this by adding 2 new members per quarter and retaining 50 percent of current members.

• Repeat and hone successful projects, such as the Easter Egg Hunt and Pumpkin Festival.

• Create a mentoring program to connect new members with experienced members or roosters.

• Maintain member relations through rooster program and renewal letters
  

• Improve floor and bathrooms in the Jaycee Hut.
  

• End year with at least $1,800 in Chapter funds.
  

We look forward to accomplishing these goals and we hope everyone will help make this year as successful as the last one!
